UK Delivery
For our UK* customers we offer FREE shipping on all orders over £25. Orders under this amount are charged at a flat rate £3.99. Free shipping orders will be shipped by courier direct to your door. This is a trackable, signed for service.

Alternatively you have the option of using Collect+ a new service that delivers your package to the nearest local convenience store in your area. There are 4000 stores offering the Collect+ service, including supermarkets, corner shops and newsagents. With early and late 7-days a week opening this can be a preferable option to a direct delivery. The service comes with email/SMS alerts so you know exactly where your parcel is.

Collect+ is also available for orders under £25 for those customers who would prefer it to the Royal Mail. All Royal Mail orders will be sent by 2nd Class post. *For those parts of the UK, such as non-mainland areas where standard courier rates do not apply we will offer the free shipping option only through Collect+.

International Delivery
For our International customers we offer a choice in how orders are supplied. You can choose between Airmail, which takes 7 to 21 days to deliver or Courier which takes 2 to 4 days. All our Courier prices are heavily discounted to offer very competitive pricing, especially on multiple orders.

Returns Policies
If you are an individual there are certain circumstances in which you may withdraw from the supply contract and these are set out here.

a. You may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to the end of 10th working day after you have received the goods. You do not need to give RedDot Books any reason for withdrawing your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.

b. The only circumstance in which you cannot withdraw your order is where you have taken the goods you have ordered and they are no longer in their delivered condition, e.g. taken out of the sealed package in which they were delivered.

c. To withdraw your order you must notify RedDot Books in writing at care@reddotbooks.co.uk. We will then respond with return instructions.

d. If you have received the goods before you withdraw your order then you must send them back to RedDot Books at your own cost and risk unless the goods were supplied faulty or damaged. If you withdraw your order but RedDot Books has already processed the goods for delivery and you have received them, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to RedDot Books at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

e. Once you have notified RedDot Books that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to RedDot Books from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
