Why are your books such exceptional value?
Our books are sourced from publishers overstocks internationally. Publishers regularly need to move books on, they could have simply over-printed a title or it is time to free up some stock space. Whatever the reason we are on hand to buy up the stock and to pass any savings involved on to you the customer.
What condition are they in?
Our books are in mint condition. They are not shop returns or second-hand stock. Very occassionally a publisher might put a small "remainder" mark on a book but this is an increasingly rare occurance and accounts for less than 1% of our stock.
Do you keep books in stock?
Yes all our books are warehoused by us. If there is a delay while waiting for fresh supplies we will inform you.
The books is not currently in stock, can you get more?
The short answer is maybe, popular titles can sell out quickly. With publishes overstocks the numbers available can be relatively small so disappointment can occur.
Are your books in English?
Yes all our titles are in English, we do not buy foreign language titles, sometimes a book might be published in a multi-language edition but English will always be part of this.
How do you ship?
Domestically in the UK we use 1st class post or for larger dispatches a next day courier serice (UK mainland only). Internationally we use Airmail and for 2/3 orders a courieer. See shipping for more on this.
